# About the Directory

Independent, Florida-focused — built to scale state by state.

## What this is
A directory of Florida private-aviation service providers — FBOs, charter operators, MRO shops, caterers, detailers, ground transport, brokers, and suppliers. We publish real businesses compiled from their own published information and public records. We don't operate aircraft, broker flights, or take commissions from providers you contact.

## Who it's for
Flight departments, charter operators, and crews who need a reliable answer to "who handles this at that airport" — and the Florida businesses that serve them. Everything is organized the way people actually plan a trip: by airport, by region, and by the service needed on the ground.

## How the directory is funded
Basic listings are free. The directory is supported by clearly labeled paid placements — Sponsored, Featured, and Marketed listings and display advertising. Paid visibility never changes a listing's status or the service data we publish, and we accept no commission on any business you do with a listed provider.

## Corrections & claims
Own a listed business? Request a correction or claim your listing any time — it's free. Visibility upgrades are optional and clearly labeled. [List or claim your business →](https://floridaprivateaviation.com/list-your-business.html)
