Acceptance By accessing or using the Directory you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the Directory on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. ## 2. What the Directory is — and is not An informational listing of private-aviation service providers. We are not a charter operator, air carrier, broker, or agent of any listed business; we are not a party to, and receive no commission on, any transaction between you and a provider. Nothing on the Directory is operational, flight-planning, legal, or safety advice. Always confirm services, hours, fees, and regulatory status (including FAA Part 135 certification, where applicable) directly with the provider. ## 3. Listing data — accuracy & no reliance Listings are compiled from public and provider-published sources and are not independently verified or continuously monitored. Details change without notice; we make no warranty that any listing is current, complete, or error-free, and you agree not to rely on listing data as the sole basis for any operational or purchasing decision. Businesses may request corrections at any time. ## 4. Fuel pricing & calculators We do not publish or track Jet A fuel prices. Jet A is a call-for-quote market — contact the FBO or location directly for a current price for your tail and uplift. Cost-calculator outputs are indicative estimates only; they are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price or availability, may be wrong or out of date, and must not be used for flight planning, fuel-load, or financial decisions. Actual prices are set solely by each provider. ## 5. Sponsored & featured listings Some placements are paid and are always labeled ("Sponsored," "Featured," "Marketed," or "Advertisement"). Payment buys visibility — it never alters a listing's status or service data. ## 6. License & acceptable use We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Directory for personal or internal business use. You may not: - Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract listing or pricing data, whether manually or by bot, or use any Directory data to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission. - Republish, resell, or build a competing product from the Directory's data or compilation. - Misrepresent your identity in inquiry forms, submit false or fraudulent requests, or use the Directory to spam listed businesses. - Probe, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, or site operation. ## 7. Intellectual property & database rights The Directory's compilation, curation, methodology, design, text, and marks belong to the operating entity and are protected by copyright and other laws; the selection and arrangement of listings is a protected original compilation. Listed business names and logos belong to their owners; inclusion implies no affiliation or endorsement. Suspected infringement of your copyright can be reported to the contact below (DMCA notices accepted). ## 8. Submissions When a listed business or visitor sends us corrections, service details, photographs, descriptions, or other material, the sender keeps ownership of it. In exchange for publication, the sender grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, edit for accuracy and house style, and display that material within the Directory and its successor pages, including through the hosting, caching, indexing, and delivery services we rely on to publish it. We will not use a provider's photographs, logos, or written descriptions in our own advertising or promotional campaigns outside the Directory without that provider's consent. Senders represent that what they submit is accurate and theirs to share. We may decline, edit, or remove any listing or submission at our discretion. ## 9. Third-party sites & providers Links to provider websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and any dealings between you and a listed business — including bookings, payments, and disputes — are solely between you and that business. ## 10. Disclaimer of warranties The Directory is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the site or reliance on listing, pricing, or estimate information — including dealings with listed businesses — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Directory shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted. ## 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Directory, its operating entity, and its personnel harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or its data, or your dealings with any listed business. ## 13. Termination We may suspend or terminate access (including by technical means such as rate-limiting or IP blocking) for any breach of these Terms, without notice. Sections 6–12 and 14–15 survive termination. ## 14. Governing law, venue & disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Florida; you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of when it arose, and only in your individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. ## 15. General These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Directory. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect; our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change, and continued use means acceptance.
