The only directory that shows who provides what — service by service, FBO by FBO, marked in-house, through a vendor partner, or left blank when not reported.
Jet A fuel — who to call in Florida
Jet A is a call-for-quote market: posted prices change daily and rarely reflect contract or volume pricing. Rather than publish a number that is stale on arrival, we connect you straight to the FBO for a current, accurate quote. Every Florida FBO that sells Jet A is listed with its direct line. About the directory
A directory of Florida private-aviation service providers — FBOs, charter operators, MRO shops, caterers, detailers, ground transport, brokers, and suppliers. We publish real businesses compiled from their own published information and public records. We don't operate aircraft, broker flights, or take commissions from providers you contact.
It's built for flight departments, charter operators, and crews who need a reliable answer to "who handles this at that airport" — and the Florida businesses that serve them. Everything is organized the way people actually plan a trip: by airport, by region, and by the service needed on the ground.
Basic listings are free. The directory is supported by clearly labeled paid placements — Sponsored, Featured, and Marketed listings and display advertising. Paid visibility never changes a listing's status or the service data we publish, and we accept no commission on any business you do with a listed provider.
How it works
Where listings come from
Every listing is compiled from the provider's own published information and public records: the business's website, airport and FAA data, and details the business sends us directly. We don't independently verify or continuously monitor listings, and details can change without notice. Confirm hours, fees, and services with the provider before you rely on them.
What the service labels mean
- In-house — the FBO confirmed it provides this itself.
- Via vendor — outsourced to a named partner.
- Not reported — the provider hasn't reported it, so we leave it blank instead of guessing.
Fuel and pricing
Jet A in Florida is a call-for-quote market. We do not publish or track posted fuel prices; the Jet A Fuel page lists the direct line for every FBO that sells it so you can get a same-day quote for your tail and uplift. The Cost Calculator produces indicative estimates only, not quotes.
Frequently asked questions
What is an FBO?
An FBO — fixed-base operator — is the business that services private and business aircraft at an airport: fueling, ground handling, hangar space, and crew and passenger facilities. Larger airports often host several competing FBOs.
How does Florida Private Aviation list FBO services?
Every service on a profile is listed as the FBO reports it and marked one of three ways: provided in-house, provided through a vendor partner, or left blank when not yet reported. A blank never means unavailable — only unreported.
How do I get current Jet A prices?
Jet A is a call-for-quote market, so we do not publish prices. Every FBO listing carries its direct phone line — call for a current, accurate number, including any contract or volume pricing.
Is the directory free for pilots and flight departments?
Yes. Searching, comparing FBOs, saving favorites, and sending fuel or handling requests are free. FBOs, vendors, and suppliers pay only for enhanced listings and advertising — paid placement never changes how a service is listed.
Which airports does the directory cover?
Florida FBO airports across all nine regions, from the Panhandle to the Keys — FBOs, plus the vendors, charter operators, and brokers who serve them.
How do I list or claim my business?
Use List Your Business in the top bar. Claiming is free; ownership is confirmed before edits go live, and confirmed changes publish with the next directory update.
